Your Photo Booth will be officially reserved upon receipt of your deposit and signed LitPics Rental Agreement.
Deposit Due - $150 deposit is required for your Photo Booth reservation.
Balance Due - Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date.
Discounts - 5% Discount provided to Military, Non-Profit Organizations & Schools
Payment Options - Credit/Debit Card via Square Invoice.
TRAVEL FEE
A Travel Fee will apply to all events located 25+ miles beyond our Walnut Creek, CA (94598) service area. Our Travel Fees are as follows:
0-25 miles - No Charge/$0
26+ miles - Starting at $50
OUTDOOR EVENTS
360 Degree Video Booth Our 360 Degree Video Booth can be utilized outdoors in good weather. It requires a 10' x 10' space, on a clean, flat surface (free of dirt). Electrical outlet is not required for the 360 Video Booth.
Traditional Photo Booth Our Traditional Photo Booth can be utilized outdoors with sufficient overhead coverage (ie. tent, canopy, gazebo, patio overhang, ect.) is provided to protect the Photo Booth from direct sunlight, rain and other weathering. Direct sunlight and other weathering may cause some delays or technical difficulties, while using your Photo Booth.
If your venue (or event space) does not provide sufficient overhead coverage, don't worry! We offer canopy rentals for an additional charge:
10' x 10' Canopy Rental for Outdoor Events - $75/day
